Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable in case of wrong or damaged product delivery.
- You must provide a video recording of the unboxing as proof to process your claim.

Refund Process
- Once your claim is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, our team will contact you for bank details to initiate the refund.
- Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after approval.

- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
